photoshop elements - lesson #3

Ok, so I need to be cleaning my bathroom...but I just had to do one more lesson! This one was creating a vintage, hand-tinted look. This picture was taken by Mandie McMurdie (hope you don't mind Mandie!), and I absolutely love it!
